The product is not refundable but we will replace any products that are damaged during shipping, the damage must be reported within 7 days from the time of shipping. 

We will also look at any defective product claims on a case-by-case basis, we are very careful to keep our customers satisfied. Any products that need to be replaced will be based on a case by case basis.
